Baked Beans & Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups Onion, diced
  • 2 (16-ounce) Cans Pinto Beans
  • 2 Tbs Yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tbs Malt Vinegar
  • 10 Oz Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Preparation

  1. 1) Preheat Napoli oven on Low for 20 minutes with door on.
  2. 2) In the oven, mix onion, beans, mustard, maple syrup, bacon, brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream and corn bread.
