Baked Beans & Bacon
- 1 ½ Cups Onion, diced
- 2 (16-ounce) Cans Pinto Beans
- 2 Tbs Yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 Tbs Malt Vinegar
- 10 Oz Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

- 1) Preheat Napoli oven on Low for 20 minutes with door on.
- 2) In the oven, mix onion, beans, mustard, maple syrup, bacon, brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream and corn bread.
